LEXUNYU is a Shenzhen-based hardware matching and project coordination partner for fleet and industrial telematics. We are not tied to one manufacturer, so options are compared around your project. We coordinate supplier information and sample checks with your installer and system team, including how the required data reaches its destination. There is no mandatory LEXUNYU platform subscription: where technically feasible, keep the platform your team already uses.
Shenzhen supplier access
We work across the Shenzhen and Huaqiangbei hardware supply base, comparing enclosures, components, certification and lead time for the same requirement.
Handover follows permissions
We coordinate reports, configuration and supplier communication, subject to manufacturer and platform permissions. Access, export and any third-party data rights are agreed with the parties responsible for them.

Practical buying information

LEXUNYU coordinates product selection, manufacturer communication, samples and project validation from Shenzhen, China. The manufacturer supplies documented hardware; the platform/API/storage team accepts decoding, fields and access; the installer accepts wiring; the customer agrees the task and thresholds. LEXUNYU is not the manufacturer, platform owner or full algorithm provider, and access, export and third-party data rights remain subject to the responsible parties. Manufacturing remains with the selected manufacturer.
Samples and small pilots
Standard products can be supplied as samples or in small pilot quantities. Sample dispatch time is confirmed when we quote.
Customisation
Custom labels, packaging, appearance, harnesses, firmware or protocol work typically start from 100 units. Volume lead time is confirmed per order.
Warranty and DOA
12-month limited warranty from the shipment date shown on the commercial invoice. DOA must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved replacement units are shipped at our cost. Full exclusions are listed in the FAQ.
Manufacturer documents
Where available, certification documents are issued by the manufacturer and provided on request for the models concerned. Exact model, variant and market coverage are checked before order.

Configuration and data
Protocol, server, fields and event workflows are handed over only to the extent the manufacturer and receiving platform permit. Agree access and export before the project starts.
Manufacturer communication
We coordinate directly with the selected manufacturer on samples, documents and production, with the correspondence available where the parties permit it.
