How we handle your information.
LEXUNYU (乐寻屿) operates lexunyu.com. This notice explains what happens when you use the site, prepare a project brief, or contact us. It applies to this website and the business correspondence you choose to start.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to share with us, and a limited set of automated data from the site itself:
- Details you choose to send — your contact information and project requirements when you select Send enquiry, or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
- Local planning data — preparing, copying, downloading and saving a draft do not send it to LEXUNYU. Sending a brief is a separate action that includes the current brief and the contact details you provide.
- Optional measurement data — limited page and interaction events only after you choose “Accept analytics”. The consent choice is stored so it remains consistent across pages until you change it.
2. How information is used
We use the information above to:
- Read and respond to the message you choose to send.
- Clarify the requested operating result, data path, hardware and pilot checks.
- Improve the website when optional analytics has been accepted.
3. Contact channels
When you select Send enquiry, your form details are transmitted to Web3Forms for processing and forwarding to our business inbox, ziyiwang@lexunyu.com, hosted by Zoho Mail. Web3Forms may process the request through infrastructure outside your country. Its provider information describes processing and server logs. Email and WhatsApp remain optional alternatives. A successful service response means the submission was accepted for email processing; it is not proof that a person has read it. We do not send marketing emails merely because you make an enquiry.
4. Website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not requested before a choice or after rejection. Advertising storage remains off. The measurement events use a restricted page path, page category and enumerated action fields; they do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, licence plates, free text or the full brief. You can withdraw the choice through “Privacy settings”.
Microsoft Clarity is also optional and loads only after this analytics choice, on our production website. It helps us understand clicks, scrolling and session interactions using heatmaps and session replay. Our form contents, editable fields and generated project briefs are masked before Clarity loads. Clarity may process page addresses, device information and online identifiers, including its analytics cookies. Please do not put private information into page URLs. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Withdrawal stops future Google Analytics measurement and stops Clarity recording, but cannot erase information already sent to Google or Microsoft. If you opt in again on the same page after withdrawing, Clarity resumes on your next page visit. Adding Clarity requires a new privacy choice; an older Google-only choice does not enable it. The Google tag can process technical information such as browser and device characteristics and online identifiers; restricting our custom event fields does not mean the tag receives no technical data. Hosting and security infrastructure may also process request information to deliver and protect the site.
5. Browser drafts and clearing
Optional drafts remain in the browser storage of the device and browser where you saved them. Use “Clear saved draft” or the browser’s storage controls to remove them. Leaving the page does not send or submit them. A downloaded CSV or copied text is under your control after it leaves the page.
6. Information you send us
We use submitted enquiries and messages to understand and respond to your request. Send only necessary project information, not passwords, credentials or sensitive personal data. You may ask us to correct or delete information using the contact below; any applicable recordkeeping obligations and the receiving services' own policies may affect what can be deleted. No retention or legal-compliance guarantee is implied by the website.
7. Your choices
Accept or reject optional analytics in the consent prompt. You can change or withdraw the choice with “Privacy settings”. Browser storage controls can remove a saved draft. You can ask questions about information you sent to ziyiwang@lexunyu.com.

Links to email, WhatsApp and other websites open third-party services. Their privacy practices and retention are governed by their own notices.
